Engagement
A partner who keeps building as your business grows.
Some businesses don't need a one-time project. They need an ongoing execution partner — someone who stays embedded, understands the business deeply, and keeps building, fixing, and optimizing as needs evolve. That's what this engagement is.
We stay involved month over month. New systems need configuring. Processes need refining. Tools need connecting. Growth creates new operational gaps. Instead of scoping every fix as a separate project, you have a partner who's already inside the business and can move fast.
What this looks like
Not a retainer. An embedded partner.
This isn't "buy hours and tell us what to do." We operate as your implementation partner — thinking end-to-end about your operations, systems, and infrastructure. We identify what needs attention, propose solutions, and implement them. You stay focused on running the business.
Each month, we work on the highest-priority operational and systems work. Some months that's CRM cleanup. Other months it's building automation, documenting processes, setting up new tools, or fixing workflow breakdowns. The work adapts to what your business actually needs — not what was defined six months ago.
Typical ongoing work includes:
- New tool setup and configuration as needs arise
- Process refinement and SOP updates as the business evolves
- Automation expansion and maintenance
- System integration as new platforms are adopted
- Operational troubleshooting when things break
- Strategic infrastructure planning as you scale
How this is different
Not a task vendor
We don't wait for you to identify problems and assign tasks. We proactively find what needs fixing, propose solutions, and implement them. You have a partner who thinks about your business — not a contractor who executes tickets.
Not a consultant
We don't deliver recommendations and leave. Every solution we propose, we implement. Every system we recommend, we configure. The value is in the execution, not the advice.
Not a full-time hire
You get senior-level execution without the salary, benefits, management overhead, and ramp-up time of a full-time employee. We come with experience across dozens of similar businesses and hit the ground running.
Best fit
This engagement is right for you if:
- You're growing and operational needs keep changing faster than you can address them
- You need someone who can own the backend operations and systems work continuously
- Hiring a full-time operations or systems person doesn't make sense at your stage
- You want a partner who learns your business deeply and stays involved long-term
Not sure yet?
Start smaller:
Most ongoing partnerships start after a Systems Audit or a Cleanup & Buildout project. We build the relationship through a defined engagement first, then transition to ongoing work when the fit is proven.
You don't have to commit to an ongoing relationship upfront. Start with a diagnostic or a scoped project and we'll go from there.
FAQ
Common questions
What does month-to-month mean?
No long-term contracts. No six-month minimums. You stay because the work is valuable, not because you’re locked in. We earn the relationship every month. If the engagement isn’t delivering value, you can walk away — we’d rather build something worth keeping than trap someone in a commitment.
How many hours per month do we get?
It’s not hours-based. We scope based on the work that needs to happen, not time on a clock. Some months involve heavy implementation. Other months are lighter — maintenance, refinement, planning. You’re paying for outcomes and execution, not for someone to fill a timesheet.
Can we start with a project first?
Yes — and most clients do. The typical path is a Systems Audit or Cleanup & Buildout project first. That gives both sides a chance to work together, prove the fit, and build context before committing to an ongoing relationship. We don’t push ongoing engagements on day one.
How is this different from hiring a full-time ops person?
You get senior-level execution without the salary, benefits, ramp-up time, and management overhead of a full-time hire. We come with experience across dozens of similar businesses, which means we’ve likely solved your exact problem before. Plus you get cross-business pattern recognition — we know what works because we’ve seen what works across different companies, not just yours.
