Engagement
A scoped project to fix what's broken and build what's missing.
You know what needs fixing — or we've identified it through a Systems Audit. Now you need someone to actually do the work. The Cleanup & Buildout is a scoped implementation engagement. We fix the systems, processes, and backend infrastructure holding you back, implement the tools and workflows your business needs, and stay involved until the changes are actually working under real conditions.
This is not strategy without implementation. We do the work — CRM setup, workflow design, automation, process documentation, tool configuration, training — whatever the scope calls for.
How it works
Scoped, implemented, adopted.
Scope the work
We define exactly what's included — which systems, processes, and infrastructure components are in scope. You know what you're getting, what it costs, and what the timeline looks like before we start.
Implement
We do the work. CRM configuration, workflow setup, automation, process documentation, system integration, tool cleanup — whatever the scope defines. We build alongside your team, not in isolation.
Train and adopt
Implementation without adoption is wasted effort. We train your team, document every change, and stay involved through the transition period until the new systems and processes are running under real workload.
Common project scopes
Operations & Process
Workflow redesign, SOP documentation, handoff standardization, role clarity. The operational structure underneath your tools.
Systems & Tools
CRM setup, field service platform configuration, automation, integration, QuickBooks cleanup. Making your tools actually work for your business.
Revenue Infrastructure
Website, lead capture, pipeline, follow-up systems. The connected path from inquiry to customer, set up as an integrated system.

- You completed a Systems Audit and are ready to act on the findings
- You have specific systems, tools, or processes that need to be set up, cleaned up, or connected
- You want a defined scope, timeline, and deliverable — not an open-ended retainer

FAQ
Common questions
What’s the typical timeline for a Cleanup & Buildout project?
Most projects run 4–8 weeks depending on scope. Smaller engagements — like cleaning up a single system or building out a specific workflow — land closer to 4 weeks. Larger projects involving multiple systems, process redesign, and team training extend toward 8. We define the timeline during scoping so you know what to expect before we start.
How is pricing structured?
Fixed scope, not hourly. We define what’s included during the scoping process and give you a clear price before any work begins. You know the full investment upfront — no tracking hours, no surprise invoices, no scope creep billing.
Do we need a Systems Audit first?
Not always. Some clients come to us already knowing what needs fixing — they’ve lived with the problems long enough to identify them clearly. Others need the diagnostic work first. If you’re unsure whether the audit step makes sense, we’ll tell you on the discovery call. We don’t sell engagements people don’t need.
What happens if we need changes after the project wraps up?
Every project includes a post-launch support window to catch issues and make adjustments as your team works with the new systems under real conditions. If you need ongoing work beyond that — new tools, evolving processes, continuous optimization — we can transition into an Ongoing Implementation Partner engagement.
