About Our Services
What size contractors do you work with?
Typically $500K to $10M in annual revenue. Small enough that the owner is still involved in daily operations, large enough that systems actually matter. If you're running 3-50 trucks and feeling stuck, we can probably help.
What trades do you specialize in?
HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, and general contracting. We've worked with residential service, commercial service, new construction, and specialty contractors. The operational principles are similar—the application differs.
Do you work with contractors outside Texas?
Yes. We're based in Texas and know the DFW/Houston/Austin/San Antonio markets well, but we work with contractors nationwide. About 40% of our clients are outside Texas. Implementation is a mix of on-site visits and remote support.
How is this different from other consulting firms?
Most consultants hand you a binder and disappear. We build systems WITH you and stay until they stick. We've actually run trucks, built dispatch boards, hired and fired techs. We don't do theory—we do implementation.
What if I've tried consultants before and it didn't work?
Common story. Usually it failed because: (1) no implementation support, (2) generic advice that didn't fit your business, or (3) no accountability after the engagement. We address all three. Plus, we refund if profit doesn't improve.

What happens on the discovery call?
We spend 20 minutes digging into your business—your numbers, your team, your biggest frustrations. No sales pitch. Just an honest assessment of what's working, what's broken, and what it would take to fix it. You'll leave with clarity either way.
How long does an engagement typically last?
Our 90-Day Sprint is the most common starting point—that's enough time to fix 2-3 major operational issues and see real results. Some clients continue with ongoing Fractional COO support. Others graduate and run it themselves.
Do you come on-site?
Yes. We fly out for implementation and training—usually 2-3 site visits during a Sprint. Between visits, we support remotely with weekly calls, dashboards, and unlimited Slack/phone access. We're not hands-off consultants.
How much of my time will this take?
Plan for 3-5 hours per week during active implementation. That's meetings, reviewing data, and working on changes together. The goal is to free up your time long-term—short-term investment for permanent improvement.
What do I need to prepare before we start?
Access to your numbers (P&L, job costing if you have it), your dispatch/scheduling system, and an open mind. We'll tell you exactly what we need after the discovery call. Don't stress about having everything perfect.

Do you guarantee results?
We guarantee effort and expertise. We refund if profit doesn't improve. But we can't guarantee specific numbers because every business is different. What we can promise: honest assessment upfront and full commitment to implementation.

How much does it cost?
Our Diagnostic starts at $4,997. The 90-Day Sprint ranges from $18,000-$45,000 depending on company size and scope. Fractional COO is $3,000-$4,500/month. We'll give you exact pricing after the discovery call based on your specific needs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. For Sprints, we typically structure it as 50% upfront, 50% at day 45. For Fractional COO, it's monthly billing. We want cash flow to work for you, not against you.
Is there a contract or commitment?
For Sprints, you're committing to 90 days—that's the minimum time to see real results. For Fractional COO, it's month-to-month after the first 90 days. No long-term lock-ins, but no drive-by consulting either.
What's included in the price?
Everything. Site visits, weekly calls, implementation support, dashboards, documentation, training, and unlimited access to our team. No surprise fees, no nickel-and-diming. The price we quote is the price you pay.
