ServiceTitan implementation built for how your operation actually runs.

ServiceTitan is the most powerful field service management platform on the market — but power without proper implementation is just expensive shelfware. Pricebook, dispatching, job costing, memberships, marketing scorecard, reporting. Every module needs to be configured for your specific operation, or your team won't use it and you won't see the ROI.

We handle the full implementation — from pricebook build and dispatch configuration through integrations, team training, and post-launch support. You don't need to become a ServiceTitan expert. You need a team that already is.

Most ServiceTitan implementations barely scratch the surface.

You invested in ServiceTitan because you needed enterprise-grade field service management. But the onboarding was rushed, the pricebook was built with placeholder data, the dispatch board doesn't match your real routing logic, and half the modules — memberships, job costing, marketing scorecard — were never properly configured. Your CSRs are working around the system instead of through it. Technicians aren't presenting options from the pricebook because it doesn't reflect what you actually sell.

The result: you're paying enterprise pricing for a platform you're running at a fraction of its capacity. The reporting doesn't tell you anything useful because the data going in is inconsistent. You can't track job profitability because costs aren't tied to jobs properly. The membership program exists on paper but there's no automation driving renewals or scheduled maintenance visits.

This isn't a ServiceTitan problem. It's an implementation problem. The platform can do everything you need — but only if someone takes the time to configure every module to match how your business actually operates, and trains your team to use it under real conditions.

A complete, working ServiceTitan implementation.

Account & Business Unit Configuration

Company profile, business unit structure, service areas, tax settings, user roles, and permissions — configured to reflect how your organization actually operates, not how the default template assumes it does.

Pricebook Build & Management

Your complete pricebook — services, materials, equipment, task groups, and flat-rate pricing — structured so technicians can present accurate options in the field without calling the office.

Dispatching & Scheduling Setup

Dispatch board configuration, technician skill tags, zone routing, capacity planning, and job assignment rules. Built so your dispatchers can manage a full board without the chaos of manual coordination.

Job Costing & Revenue Tracking

Cost tracking for labor, materials, and equipment tied to every job. Margin visibility at the job, technician, and business unit level — so you know what's actually profitable, not just what's busy.

Membership Program Configuration

Recurring service plans, billing schedules, renewal automation, and membership reporting. Built to drive retention and predictable revenue without manual tracking from your office staff.

Customer Communication & Follow-Up

Automated appointment confirmations, on-my-way alerts, follow-up messages, review requests, and unsold estimate campaigns. Your customers hear from you at the right time, every time — without anyone remembering to send it.

Reporting, Dashboards & Marketing Scorecard

KPI dashboards, technician performance reports, revenue by business unit, marketing ROI tracking, and the marketing scorecard — configured so leadership sees what matters at a glance without building custom reports.

Team Training & Adoption Support

Role-specific training for dispatchers, CSRs, technicians, and managers. Not a generic walkthrough — actual training on their workflows, their pricebook, their dispatch board. Plus post-launch support to make sure adoption holds under real workload.

Home service companies that have outgrown basic platforms and need ServiceTitan to actually deliver.

We work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, garage door, and pest control companies — typically with 10 or more technicians and multiple service lines. The common thread: you're past the startup phase, your operation is complex enough to justify ServiceTitan, and you need the implementation to match that complexity.

This is a good fit if:

  • You're implementing ServiceTitan for the first time and need it done right — not the default onboarding
  • You already have ServiceTitan but it's barely configured and your team is using workarounds instead of the system
  • You're migrating from Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, or a manual system and need the transition handled cleanly
  • You need your pricebook, memberships, job costing, and reporting actually working — not just turned on

Enterprise implementation, not just onboarding.

01

Map your operation

Before we open ServiceTitan, we document your business. Service lines, team structure, dispatch logic, pricing strategy, membership offerings, reporting needs, and existing integrations. We map the real operation — the one that runs every day — not the version from a planning meeting six months ago.

02

Build & configure every module

We build out the full platform: pricebook with accurate flat-rate pricing and task groups, dispatch board with skill tags and zone routing, job costing tied to labor and materials, membership programs with billing automation, customer communication sequences, reporting dashboards, and marketing scorecard configuration. Every module configured to reflect your actual operation.

03

Integrate & automate

ServiceTitan doesn't run in isolation. We configure the QuickBooks integration for financial sync, build Zapier automations to connect your CRM and marketing tools, and set up data flows between ServiceTitan and whatever else your business relies on. The goal is one system of record with data flowing everywhere it needs to go — without your team re-entering it.

04

Train, launch & support adoption

Configuration is half the job. The other half is making sure your team actually uses it. We provide role-specific training — dispatchers on the dispatch board, CSRs on booking and customer records, technicians on the mobile app and pricebook, managers on reporting and job costing. Then we stay engaged through the first weeks of live operations to troubleshoot issues, refine workflows, and ensure adoption holds under real pressure.

Common questions

How long does a full ServiceTitan implementation take? +

Most implementations take 4–8 weeks, depending on the size of your pricebook, number of business units, and the complexity of your existing workflows. ServiceTitan is a more complex platform than Housecall Pro or Jobber — there are more modules to configure and more decisions to make. We scope the timeline based on your specific operation so nothing gets rushed or skipped.

Can you migrate our data from another platform? +

Yes. We regularly handle migrations from Housecall Pro, Jobber, FieldEdge, and paper or spreadsheet-based systems. We map your existing customer records, job history, equipment data, and membership information, clean it up, and import it into ServiceTitan so you don't start from scratch or lose historical context.

We already have ServiceTitan but it's barely set up. Can you fix it? +

This is the most common situation we see. A company bought ServiceTitan, did the basic onboarding, and then never fully built out the pricebook, memberships, reporting, or automation. The team uses maybe 20% of the platform and workarounds fill the gaps. We audit your current setup, identify what's broken or missing, and rebuild it properly — without disrupting your active operations.

Do we need to shut down operations during the migration? +

No. We build and configure everything in a staged process alongside your current operations. When the system is ready, we do a controlled cutover — typically over a weekend or slow period. Your team keeps running jobs the entire time. The goal is zero disruption to your customers and revenue.

Can ServiceTitan integrate with our accounting software and other tools? +

Yes. ServiceTitan has a native QuickBooks integration that we configure as part of every implementation. Beyond that, we use Zapier and ServiceTitan's open API to connect it to your CRM, marketing platforms, payroll system, and other tools. The goal is eliminating double-entry and making sure data flows between systems without your team manually pushing it.
