Meeting cadence
Weekly Accountability Meeting Agenda for Owner-Led Teams
A useful accountability meeting is not a status meeting. It reviews commitments, numbers, blockers, decisions, and next actions in a rhythm the team can repeat.
Use this agenda
- 1. Review scorecard metrics and exceptions.
- 2. Review commitments from last week.
- 3. Identify stalled issues and assign one owner.
- 4. Decide what matters this week.
- 5. Confirm next actions, owners, and due dates.
If meetings still do not create action, see meetings without follow-through, install a management operating system, and use the accountability scorecard. For the full framework, start at the leadership accountability hub or book a free assessment.
