Why did you start The KPS Group?

I started The KPS Group because I kept seeing the same pattern: growing businesses stuck — not because of bad strategy, but because nobody was doing the implementation work. Owners knew what needed to happen. They just didn't have the capacity, the expertise, or a partner who would actually step in and build.

Before starting KPS, I spent years working inside small and mid-size businesses, learning how operations actually run when you're on the ground — not in a boardroom. I've configured CRMs, built automation workflows, documented SOPs, cleaned up accounting messes, and wired together tools that were never designed to talk to each other. That hands-on experience is what drives every engagement.
